New Phone System

Dear Patients
We have moved to a new phone system as part of a directive by NHS England to implement cloud-based telephony systems in general practice.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused with teething issues whilst we get used to the new system. We are confident that in the near future patients will have a better call experience when trying to contact us. One of the main benefits will be the ability for patients to receive a call back when they reach position number 1 in the call queue instead of using valuable minutes and incurring charges whilst on hold.
